NDIA Releases Guidance Document

The NDIA has released a Guide for Builders and Designers, designed to provide clarity for builders, designers, assessors and any other associated stakeholders involved in the planning, decision making and delivery of Complex Home Modifications (CHM) for NDIS participants.

The Guide covers what is - and isn't - considered reasonable and necessary, and examples of typical scope of works for Complex Home Modifications in various rooms of a house.
