MOD.A AGM 2018

MOD.A is pleased to advise that our Annual General Meeting 2018 will be held at 12pm AEDT in the offices of Hunter Home Modifications, 6 Pennant Street Cardiff NSW 2285 on Wednesday 12 December 2018. Materials for this meeting were distributed on Tuesday 20 November 2018. Any Full Member that did not receive notification of the AGM or support materials should contact the MOD.A office immediately on 0416 860 950 or email homemodsau@gmail.com.au

Any member wishing to attend the AGM in person should advise by email no later than COB Friday 7 December 2018. Those unable to attend but who wish to vote by proxy must return their Proxy Form no later than 12pm AEDT Monday 10 December 2018. Members may listen to proceedings and participate in post-AGM discussion via teleconference. Details to be provided closer to the event.
